Evan Song

Evan Song is currently working at Syntax Labs.

Previously, he was the COO of Pyro Inc., the company building a distributed compute platform powering game servers, databases, and websites. Under his leadership, Pyro embraced an engineering-first culture and became the fastest growing gaming infrastructure provider ever.

He was a designer at Freeform, where he created FOSS tooling for generative image diffusion models. He also designed interfaces for the Neutral Language Council, Robolab, and has worked on the world's most prominent open source projects — including Tabby, Privacy Guides and Modrinth.
